1. No Refund on Digital Products

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our offerings—including but not limited to diet plans, recipe books, trackers, macro charts, and guides—all purchases are non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

We do this to protect the intellectual property and value of our content.

2. Exceptions – Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made in error.
• Incorrect product delivery (e.g., receiving the wrong file or diet plan).
• Technical issue preventing access to the purchased product within 3 days (despite support intervention).

To request a refund, please email us at support@nutriveda.in within 24 hours of your purchase, including:

• Your order ID
• Proof of payment
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations

Since our products are delivered digitally and often instantly:

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
